Round 1 - Saturday 10th October at Bromsgrove
WSC competed in the first round of the National Swimming League Division 2 at Bromsgrove on Saturday 10th October.The gala was extremely exciting and the lead changed several times between WSC and Leek a Div.1 club in 08. All swimmers performed well with some excellent times recorded. Final results meant WSC came 2nd by one point an excellent result and great progression from last years performances.

Round 2 - Saturday 12th November at Aylesbury
WSC travelled to Aylesbury on Saturday 12th November to compete in the 2nd Round of The National Swimming League. The team performed well to gain 2nd place behind Leek SC. The results from the first 2 rounds have put WSC in the top 6 of the Division and in with a chance of promotion to Division 1.Next round will be at Stechford 12th Dec.
Final - Saturday 12th December at Stetchford
WSC travelled to Stechford Birmingham to compete in the National Swimming League West Midlands Division 2 Final the aim to round off a great 2009 by gaining promotion to Div 1.Despite some team members not feeling 100% WSC managed to finish in 4th place securing Div.1 status for next year.The gala was extreamly exciting with many close finishes, all team members performed brilliantly against tough opposition..
