Well done Chloe Stopwatch

Swimming is a voluntary sport and therefore the availability of helpers is extremely important to us. Within the club itself there are many activities where you can help out, officiating is one of them and is an area we must develop to ensure that our swimmers have the necessary support at local leagues and opens.

Officiating is usually very enjoyable and satisfying, if you would like further information please speak to Steve Mullinder or take a look on the ASA website; ASA Officials Courses

Junior League Div 2 Final

13th September 2008

Well done to all the victorious swimmers who took part in the finals on Saturday. Wolverhampton Swimming Club were deserved winners of the final and also finished as league Champions for the first time ever.

The team spirit was unrivalled and all swimmers gave of their best and worked hard as a team to secure a win against some excellent opposition.

Thanks must also be given to the supporters on the balcony who – dressed in matching black attire and gold rosettes - looked a force to be reckoned with.

The day was finished off in fine style with the celebration disco, which was a fitting end to a wonderful event for the Club.

Well Done Everyone
